WORST COURIER COMPANY IN THE WORLD

If I could have not given ANY STARS I would have.

I have never had such a bad experience with a COURIER company. Buffalo Logistics must be the WORST courier company to do business with in the world, because not only do they F'up the delivery addresses, but they also do not have the decency to phone the client to make sure about delivery IF THEY THEMSELVES ARE NOT SURE. They summarily FAIL your delivery - four days in a row. They lie about the feedback that they give if they give you ANY feedback whatsoever.

NO CUSTOMER CARE, although this is one of their first company values listed on their website. LIES LIES LIES!!!!!!

What should be listed as their company values are: RUDE STAFF LYING STAFF NO CUSTOMER CARE TOTAL USELESS DELIVERY STAFF and last but not least ***********/UNCARING MANAGEMENT that allows all of these actions to take place, and yet they do not do anything to change it.

If I never have to do business with this bunch of *****s, it will be too soon.
