Worst courier company in South Africa

Saw this morning (Monday) that they tried to deliver my parcel on Saturday to my office, even though their website says no deliveries on Saturdays. I contacted them numerous times to ask to please deliver today. No, they sent my parcel back to the warehouse and then to Pretoria to another courier service. And they put the wrong address on their waybill with the other courier company. Now I have to wait until Thursday for my parcel. And still they have not responded to my messages. Really the worst courier company in South Africa!
