Worst courier company in South Africa

These people are the worst courier company ever. I wouldn’t advise anyone to work with them. The problem we are having is Shein choosing them as a courier company. I have been waiting for my order for 2months paying customs for the same order everyday. Apparently they can’t pick up on their systems that one has paid the customs or not, despite the evidence I have been sending and numerous phone calls I still have not received my order.
