Worst Courier Company Ever

If I could give this company zero stars I truly would. I have been fighting with this company for more than a week to get my parcel delivered. They captured the delivery details incorrectly and any response I have given them to fix this has been disregarded. They do not answer their phones and if you try to talk to an agent (waiting for about 20 min) on their website they give you the most generic responses I have ever seen and log off immediately without actually helping or doing anything. Now my parcel is somewhere in JHB and they keep saying they are trying to deliver but they know they don't have the correct details! Today they contact me saying now they expect me to pay to fix their ***** up and get my parcel. I wonder if they do this deliberately to get double payment on parcels ( sender and receiver paying). How is this fair and professional business practice?
