I had ordered items from Shein from 26 November 2022. They currently using Buffalo International logistics. When I call the following ***. He goes on the automatic machine telling me that I'm number 472 to 402. They don't answer calls.

This is crucial my children won't have any clothes for Christmas. I paid a lot of money. Can somebody please assist to get hold of this bogus courier.
