Worst Courier company

Ordered on Temu in April 2024 and Buffalo Logistics are the couriers. They marked that my parcel was delivered on the 10 May 2024. They delivered the parcel to the incorrect address. I have to continuously call the call Centre to follow up on when I can expect to receive my parcel or get a refund. Their service is terrible, nobody returns my calls, they continuously escalate an escalation, give me numerous excuses and report this to their team leaders but nobody actually can assist me. It's been nearly 2 months, and they can't locate my parcel. I would never recommend this courier company; they don't even have a Centre to go to and query with a person on how I can locate my parcel or get a refund. My opinion would be don't buy on Temu or Shein and you won't have to go through this horrific experience.
