Worst courier company

I received worst service from this company. I first ordered from Shein and the first order arrived after 25 days, that was fine. Second time I ordered and my order as kept tracking it, it sat here in Durban for week not delivered to me until there was floods and after floods they sent me an Email saying that my order was totally damaged hence they won't be able to deliver it and I should contact Shein to refund or replace it. Then I emailed Shen, Shein asked for photos, I sent whatsapp to Buffalo Logistics and they never rep****. Then Shein traced the order and I asked them to replace it and another courier company and they used Aramex and my order arrived within 9 days. Before I asked Shein to use another courier company I checked for reviews and saw how worst others were complaining about Buffalo logistics there was not even one positive review then I concluded that Buffalo Logistic took advantaged of floods and took our orders for themselves. So every time I order from Shein I asked them not use Buffalo Logistics.
