Worst Company i have evee seen - incompetency on another level

Worst experience ever, i have never in my entire life experienced such incompetency, i have paid my duty fees on time, i have been trying to call everyday, no one takes accountability, i am tld the driver is getting lost becasue i have written ext instead of extension, in this day and age they give people such excuses, they tell me my order was returned back because they cannot relocate where i am, yet i receive parcels from different companies everyday, which google maps are they using that cannot pick up the ext on the address, provided i have also given them the street names. The fact that there is no one showing remorse for the incovenience they are causing, it's like they even have a nerve of defending themselves, i have been in contact since day one i could see the delays, they tell me now that they have returned the order back to the sender, i even offered to be directed to where their warehouse is so i go and collect it myself, i am told no one is allowed to go to their warehouse, if you have my parcel and you cannot relocate me why is it that you cannot give me directions of where the parcel is and i can come collect it myself. This company will be the reason i don't order abroad, i will always have a disclaimer that my orders don't get associated with this comapny, if its the only company used i won't order abroad ever again
