Worst company ever

Buffalo logistics is the worst company I've ever come across since buying stuff from Shein, in December 2024, my parcel got delivered to a different address and to a different person...they gave me the runaround and at the end of it all I got nothing , no feedback, no parcel , no money....I was the one constantly calling for months until they told me I should speak to Shein about my dispute 6 months later, I am highly disappointed to discover that Shein is still working with them....totally useless and customer service is the worst .
