Worst communication and delivery service

8 days and counting since the took my items back to the warehouse, when I call they say I must just wait ,every I get this useless emails to arrange another delivery and even when I do so ,there’s still no progress ,sad does not even begin to explain how I feel , if I could, I’d sue this company for millions Shem .
