WORST BUSINESS EVER!

3 days ago I received an email saying my parcel has been dispatched. Yesterday, I phoned twice to ask and to make sure my parcel will be delivered (it’s a Friday) They assured me that it will be delivered and that I should give it a chance till 17:00. I told them I am leaving on Sunday, I am going overseas. I need that parcel.

It is Saturday, no parcel! I am flying tomorrow. Can’t reach anyone! WORST OF ALL. The warehouse is in Kempton Park and I live in Kempton Park.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE‼️‼️
