Worst and pathetic courier service ever!!!

The worst service ever!! After holding on for their call centre for over an hour, I get cut off, and after calling back they confirmed that they closed today. My parcel has been with them for over a week without any communication and now I have to get NEW CHRISTMAS GIFTS because they couldn't deliver in time!! PATHETIC!!!
