WORST and NO Customer Service!!!!

Worst ever Customer Service a person will get is from Buffalo. Can`t get through if you phone. Agent chat is to no use! email is totally out the door. Whatsapp you can totally forget about. So how must a person get any help or info if there is no way to get hold of Buffalo????? How can`t this be possible???? Suppose to deliver parcel today and now everything has change again and again on the tracking system. What the hell is going on with this company and how can they still go on like this????? THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS COMPANY CALLING THEMSELF BAFFULO!!!!!
