Worst and *********** Courier Company

Buffalo Logistics is one of the *********** courier companies that SHEIN is working with, my parcel is in SA and has not been delivered, because they experienced "road issues", however they **** to SHEIN and said I them an incorrect address and phone number, I contacted them this morning and this was their BOT Whatsapp response "The order has arrived at JHB-DC and will be dispatched soon. However, it has been detected that the order status has not been updated for an extended period. We have notified the relevant person in charge to address this issue as soon as possible. SHEIN needs to get a more reliable courier company if they still want to keep their customers in SA.
