Worse Service received and awaiting response and parcel

I have paid for custom duty on August 14 but I still they haven’t updated that I have paid and I still get messages to pay Tax. I have called them countless times and emailed them but every time I call they say it will be updated in the next 2-3 days on within the next hour. I have even sent emails to Penelope Thwala and Freda Monyamane (Support desk team) responding with the POP and the both acknowledge that they have received the POP but they are not updating and the delivery of my parcel was supposed to arrive last week.
