Worse service ever!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a package on Shein and it was handed over to Buffalo on 23 March 2024, this package went through numerous steps yet it has not been delivered. Today the status changed to floor check, what the hell is floor check? Yesterday it was on the inbound manifest. I called days when my calls were not answered, I chatted on their site it just kept on apologizing for the wait due to the high volumes of calls and emails. Eventually got through on their number 04/04/2024 and this lady just said the package was on its way and would be delivered in 3 days. I am tired of the wait. It is my first time rendering service from Buffalo and it is the worse. I expect a response from Buffalo. I need to know where is my parcel now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
