Worse service

Buffalo logistics is the worse logistics company ever I have placed an order in December 2022 and I paid the tax money it's been 3 months now and I have not received my parcel. Buffalo logistics wants me to pay tax again this is unacceptable @Hellopeter can someone please assist me.
