Worse of the Worst

Ordered from Shein on 20 September 2022. They made use of this horrible shipping company. In the beginning I was able to track my parcel and all seemed well, but now a month later (atter I had to call them endlessly) they tell me that my parcel was already in my town with Skynet. I call them and they tell me that Buffalo lost my parcel. Imagine the frustration but then I call Buffalo offices again early this morning and was directed to the rudest POS named Claude, these people don’t even seem equipped to work in the customer service industry. Shein now needs a letter from Buffalo saying that my parcel is lost and they don’t want to send it. I am definitely not going to lose 2500 ZAR because of a company with a horrible reputation such as this. I have no idea how they are still in business. Still after everything my problem hasn’t been resolved and these people do not call you back.

Shein needs to use better shipping companies!
