Worse customer service ever

Good day,

I am so disappointed in Temu and Buffalo. I have almost paid more VAT on 2 orders than the cost of my totals orders.

I have placed 2 orders but now my orders have been split in so many small parcels that I can't even keep count! The delivery address is only available Monday to Friday so I am stressed that my parcels will be delivered over weekends and there will be no one available.

I have tried to phone, mail and Whatsapp so many times to no availability, I need to find out why I had to pay so much VAT to get my orders shipped and how many parcels there actually are now.

I am so disappointed in these 2 companies and the fact that I can't get hold of either of them makes the cheap products that I receive even worse!!!!!

Sent me a decent list of all the different parcels and why I had to pay so much VAT please because your company does not deliver ANY customer service.
