I'm deeply disappointed by the way the company handled the recent layoffs. Letting go of dedicated employees without meaningful communication, empathy, or support reflects a serious lack of leadership and humanity. Many of these individuals gave excellent service, only to be dismissed with no notice and no proper acknowledgment. It’s not just about business decisions—it’s about people’s lives, stability, and dignity. The process felt cold and impersonal, and it’s disheartening to see loyalty and hard work met with such disregard. How do you tell people to come in at 5 am only to tell them this is their last day. No notice , no selection criteria nothing
