This is the most *********** and incapable courier company on this planet, I've been trying to get a parcel purchased from Temu for the past week. They have a mountain of excuses as why they are unable to deliver, (Incorrect address, the street you provided doesn't exist, incorrect allocation, you will get your parcel in 48 Hours, the list goes on for days) . I think that its time to complain to the ombudsman, I've never received so many excuses and bad service form any business in South Africa, BUFFALO LOGISTICS NOW HOLDS THE PRESTIGIOUS TITLE AS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Hang your head in shame and close your doors, if it wasn't for TEMU, you would not be financially viable. CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND GO BACK TO CHINA WHERE REALLY BAD SERVICE IS ACCEPTABLE.
