Wonderful customer service experience

Thank you so much for the great customer service experience and open and honest communication. It has been a frustrating 3 weeks trying to return a parcel with this other useless couriers when my return shipping ref was then allocated to you on Saturday morning and already the parcel has been collected today. What a great customer service, I appreciate the fact the tracking information is accurate, you also inform your customers of when the delivery/pickup are going to be and also your drivers calls prior to make sure one avails themselves. They are also friendly and respectful. Keep up the good work and do not tire to do your best for your customers.
