Will I ever get my package?

I got notified of my package delivery when the courier was standing outside my house. I had no idea it was coming that day. I was five minutes away but the guy could not wait but instead was very rude. I tried calling customer care 4 times but was placed on hold for 7 minutes each time and the told to rate "our services" without any help.

I sent emails but there is no reply for the 2 times I wrote. I am so frustrated because I don't know where my order is. I have proof that delivery notification came at the same time the guy was calling. All other platform notifications came way after the courier was gone with my package.
