Why participate if you CAN'T PERFORM AT ALL Buffalo

This is a ****ty service,no cleared communication when its time to deliver but their communication is Much clearer when they want me to pay. When it was Time to deliver all of a sudden they can't find my contacts.... I am ****ed... I wish not to ever work with them... I was home the whole of Saturday, they claim I was not home😡😡😡
