Why do you keep lazy drivers ???

Am so dissatisfied with Buffalo,I don't even know what to say. I waited the whole day yesterday for the driver to deliver & I got a message last night that the driver attempted to deliver and I didn't answer my phone meanwhile I set the whole day because I did not want this issue. I tried sending Whatsapp sending emails bt still these no correspondence I tried calling the call centre it's actually worse you cannot be assisted they might as well close it. I am frustrated because I urgently need my order bt they are not able to assist and their drives all they do is to lie & not deliver our order. I am so dissatisfied
