WHO KNOWS WHERE MY PARCEL IS?

If I could give ZERO stars, I would have. The WhatsApp number is not active at all, all our messages remain unread. When I call the customer service, the MOST UNPLEASANT women answer and does not want to attend to your query. They do not listen to your problem, they just ask for the waybill and read you the status displayed on the internet when you track your parcel. The last lady I have spoke to shouted at me, talked over me and hung up. Wow, some customer service for you. My parcel has been 'In Delivery' for a week now! After a lady said I will be delivered within 72 hours since the status in Delivery. What a joke.
