WHERE IS MY PARCEL

I ordered a parcel from Shein and everything went well until the day of delivery. On the 27th of November 2024 they claimed that delivery failed. I was home the whole day and there where no courier as my house. Since then I phoned them every single dag and every day they say. “We have to confirm you detail” which i do everyday. Then it will be escalated. Never get a callback from them so, the next day I phone again just to get the same story. On the 6th of December the parcel was returned to sender. Phoned again got the same story. I still phone them everyday to hear where the parcel is as this is my Christmas shopping. Still get the answer, they are not sure but will escalate. Never get a call back. Today is 11 Dec. just spoke to Mpho at Buffalo. She confirmed my details, said she doesn’t know where the parcel is but will escalate to find out why is it taking so long to return to the warehouse. So we escalate again and wait again and in the mean time I do not know when and if my parcel will be delivered before Christmas.
