Where is my parcel

I ordered weave from Nelly hair and their email is @sakurawigs.com and they gave me buffalo logistics where I can track my order. And I think buffalo logistics ****ed me because now it is written I have signed and received the parcel mean while I did not. I tried to call them they did not answer the phone just hang up. And I tried to email them even now they haven't responded also try to contact them on a awhatapp usinging their whatapp number+*** they did not respond till now. I wish to know who signed and received my parcel because I did not receive anything. What's makes me Angry they are not responding to any of my messages
