Where is my parcel!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered from Shein, which was sent to Buffalo Logistics, I received a message to say that my order was delivered. I contacted Buffalo Logistics who then said it was sent to ITT Courier Company, I phoned them and they said that they do not deliver to KZN, and it was sent back to Buffalo Logistics. I then phoned Buffalo Logistics again and it was never sent to KZN but has been delivered. - How does that work. They are so unhelpful and clueless. I will not accept this as I cannot just loose R700.00 because of there disgusting service and not having a clue what they are doing. How do you just lose a parcel and just shrug it off. Disgusted
