Where is my Parcel ?

Expecting a delivery from Buffalo Courier. I saw it was out for delivery yesterday and then got returned when I didn’t even get a call from your delivery Driver who picked up the order. Please, inform the delivery driver to CALL ME ON MY PHONE NUMBER. I got no call from anyone yesterday. Is this how Buffalo courier operates ? Ensure to always CALL Your ClIents when delivering. Other couriers do, why is yours different? Also, it’s been so hard to reach their customer care, they will exhaust all your bundles of airtime.
