Genuinely not happy with Buffalo

You cannot send me a WhatsApp message at 7am and say my order is out for dispatch, tried multiple times to reach out to your agents on WhatsApp and the app to ask where the order was or if it will be delivered because my address clearly said it’s a business enterprise the day came and passed nothing when I left work at 5pm I asked the securities to take the order if it comes after 5 but you lie on the app and say it’s a return cause the office was closed

I even called during working hours and I was told the driver will communicate but no driver communicated with me ? What now ? What about my order?

Your service is pathetic all the damn time, I don’t understand why these companies still utilise you
