What should i do?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from ebay and still awaiting my order when I saw Buffalo logistics delivers I was excited because I've had packages from them before and they were always professional but today was so disappointing. There telecommunications is *******!!! I have never see seen such unprofessionalism from a company as I have today. The same company told me twice my package would arrive today the 8th April then the 3rd guy told me it wouldn't be delivered over the weekend and then proceeded to put the phone down in my ear.

So If I could get feed back from the company or should I rather drive to your offices?
