What kind of company can treat customers like this

Well Buffalo Logistics is the worst company ever. Their delivery times are useless. Their customer support is non-existent. Packages delivered broken. And now they offer a WhatsApp service I REALLY DONT KNOW WHY THEY BOTHER IM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY AND ITS BEEN 3 DAYS NOW. And still nothing. I bet you if the places we order from did not force them down our throats this business would have no customers at all because no one would use them.
