The message states that she needs to pay R18 and being her first time receiving from Buffalo went in and paid the R18 and R1000 went off her acc. 74 year old pensioner... what has our world come to...so next time you receive a message from Buffalo please don't pay it, it's a ****. Oh and the support email address on the Buffalo app does not exist.
