WHAT A MESS

What a disappointment!

was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday, but no delivery man called. received a email from Buffalo stating I did not answer the call. but I have received no missed call.

same story today, they send it today but again received a mail stating that I missed the call again. BUT AGAIN NO MISSED CALL.

now they call me but don't talk back when I answer. is this the way to say they did call for proof but they cant reach me so that I can pay the extra delivery fee?
