What a horrible company with RUDE South African staff!

If there was no stars available that's what I would choose. Ordered a parcel off Shein's app. Parcel is at Buffalo Logistics in Loper Ave Spartan JHB. Have tried to contact them for two months. We have paid the customs duties, but their system does not allow us to upload the proof of payment. We logged a ticket, sent the Payment proof and still no reply. Contacted them this morning, spoke to Bryan who advised that I must now send my bank statement through. When I asked him him how long this process would take he told me to stop asking questions and send the bank statement. When I told him that I wanted my question to be answered he put the phone down. Staff are very rude, the company is useless and the service is disgusting! I cannot believe how a Chinese based company gets away with this in South Africa. It is not my first time experiencing something like this from Buffalo.
