What a company...

Firstly they have a massive lack in communication. The courier tried to deliver my package at a work place on a Saturday and a Sunday, eventhough their website says they don't deliver on a Sunday. The courier did not even contact me to let me know that my package has arrived. Secondly the customer service is up to ... they have massive attitudes and are very rude towards customers. They are not at all helpful. What a company, well done guys.
