We need to shut this company down

SO FULL LIES- They continue to tell me its on its way1 2 weeks ago the driver said they need another address as my package is at the Durban warehouse, Today when I followed up they said its I'm JHB Airport.. With over 2000 bad reviews how is this company even still in business. Please can someone advise how to we escalate this further , they service is pathetic and so is the staff. I wish I could give them "Minus 0"
