I place the order on 21 of March still today ,they don't even answer any calls or emails no ..am fed up serious with logistics.. Buffalo I want my place please

On 02 April 2024 the parcel has been scanned into depot sit JHB .on the 04 April 2024 Package is in transit, please be patient,I have been patient for long .the tracking it does not even move until today nathing show about my parcel ..or should I contact CONSUMER PROTECTION BURO OF SOUTH AFRICA to get my parcel
