WAITING FOR THE PARCEL SO FAR!

My parcel arrived at origin depot in Cape Town on 9 March 2024. I'm still waiting for my parcel to be delivered to my place for 10 days from the date of arrival. I tried sending them a message via email and Facebook Messenger, still NO RESPONSE so far! Their service is shocking and unacceptable! Please note that I am profoundly deaf and if they arrive at my place, please contact me via SMS or WhatsApp. STILL WAITING!!!!!!
