Waiting for my delivery for 1 month

I paid for my order on the 19th November and till today I have not received my order to top everything Banele Moya from the call Centre tells me my order is at the warehouse and gives me the address only to go there and the guy Luyanda tells me there is no order so where is my order BUFZA***YQ. And it's pass the so called 7 day that they told me to wait... Also note I ordered after and received that order already....
