Waiting for a parcel can be very frustrating .One thing about Buffalo international the are always a phone call away.I was helped by a lady her Name is Pelokazi nkosiyane,not sure if I typed the name correctly.she was so patient with me.she gave me all the necessary information about my parcel.Thank you for your assistance .keep it up
