WAITED FOR PARCEL WHOLE MONTH

I ordered from Shein on the 27ty of November and my parcel was expected to come between the 16th to the 18th of December, l have been waiting for my parcel since then . I tried contacting them and im always told my parcel is in dispatch latef it will say "parcel has bedn returned because no one was at home" first of all that is all bull**** and lies , i have been at home the whole december, i never recieved a phone call from them , all they do is take people for bull**** . I am never ordering from SHEIN as this is the courier they mostly use and I always get *** service, i am so gatvoel of these people honestly. AND their call centre agents ??? ****ED UP SERVICE .
