VOID OF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITY

The absolute worst in cusomer service.......impossible to speak to anyone!!!!!!! They hid behind Whatsapp # and tracking on their Website. When I eventually did get through on their tel line to speak to someone, I did not finish my sentence was cut off ... and then put through to an automated message about rating their service!!!! Null and void, does not even get off the starting line ..... ridiculous!
