Very very slow delivery by Buffaloex

A parcel I am waiting for (***), cleared Customs on 20/12/22, had all duties paid and was moved to the Buffalo Johannesburg depot on 29/12/22, and there has been no movement since. This is my second experience of extreme tardiness by Buffalo to deliver within a reasonable amount of time.
