VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

My order has been in transit for more than 5 days now . I tried sending them what's app as they say we can get a faster response there . But till today those messages aren't answered. Yesterday i called them eventually they answered , apparentely they say my order is still with them , i don't know why are they keeping order for so long . I suspect my parcel has been long ******.

Lets us all REPORT buffalo to ICASA , they must cease to operate in SOUTH AFRICA because their level of *******ion and service is really appalling.
