Very unprofessional to say the least

They don't even deserve a star, on the 15th someone called me and said they are delivering my parcel, which they never did. I followed up every day until today, they tell me my parcel is lost. They are not even bothered about it.

I've never come across such u professionalism in my life, it's disappointing.
