Very unhappy customer!

So, I placed a Oder with Shein on the 29 July 2023, On the 9th August 2023 I received a confirmation that the delivery was returned as they don’t have my correct contact number or address, I triple checked and all my information was correct. So that was already a Lie.

The status on the tracking then changed on the 14 August 2023 to In Transit Floor check at Cape Town, I then called up and down and they giving me a date when it will be delivery and when the time comes I don’t get anything, and they have been giving me the incorrect time scales more than once and when I asked via email “When am I getting my delivery” they don’t reply.

However, that’s not the worse, I called yesterday 28 August 2023, and the agent advised that it will be delivered this week, I requested to speak to a manager and the agent was talking over me. Advising the manager is in a Meeting.. When I said I will hold for the Manager I was told I can wait whole day. I ended up hanging up as this agent speaks over her customer and never tried to get me a manager.

My sister then calls today on my behalf as I can’t deal with them anymore, and she was told an email was sent to confirm my contact number and address, when she said I got nothing she was told to call after 4 hours again.

It’s been over 4 hours, I never received the email.. I emailed my details to them as in the attached documents. But I still never got anything from their side, and when I call, they ref me to the WhatsApp number and when I send A whatsApp they do respond, and the one tome they did respond the agent immediately closed the chat before I could ask anything, and I still never got my package.

I just want my parcel! And they can't even give me a straight answer of where it is.
