VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT

If it were possible to not put a star because wow this company deserves zilch..! Don’t let me start on the service.. they are not trying to help you get your parcel those people, it is as if they want it for themselves.. sad part is, this is not the first time me having this issue with them.. so now there is this new thing were they send you a message saying your parcel has been detained and a website for you to upload the your ID , proof of payment and confirmation of order (in a pdf form) but now this ****** site doesn’t allow you to upload your ID copy file, it says select ID copy file whilst you have uploaded.. trust me I’ve tried a lot of alternatives, they’ve even sent me to go to an Internet cafe.. imagine😕 told me to decrease the size and I did.. nothing.. mind you I’ve been trying to send these things to them for an entire week .. finally told me to send to some email “STOPs” and only to tell me that they will get to that email in two months.. no..! Im so sad for Shein .. they’ll end up losing customers because of this company, I just hope SHEIN finds an alternative .. Mxm the attitude they have 🚮 I Can’t
