Very poor service from Buffalo logistics

Buffalo has a very bad service, if when you try to contact them, there are no responses whether via whatsapp, email or even phone calls... and when I eventually got hold of a call agent she told me she doesn't know where the Pretoria warehouse is and that she can't help me.
